PRAYERS FOR our family and for ecuador
We are so happy you are willing to pray with us! We know that we cannot accomplish this without your prayers. Here is how you can pray for us on an ongoing basis:
- Pray for our family as we work through our visa and educational needs. Pray that we would focus on Christ no matter the challenges, that we would be wise in our every decision, and for unsurpassed Joy in Christ as our most precious treasure!
- Pray for the hearts of those in Ecuador who do not know Jesus. Pray that their hearts will be softened and that through the preached word of Christ they will trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
- Pray for the church leaders at Iglesia Biblica Cristiana in La Merced, Ecuador. Pray for energy to continue serving The Lord with fervor and zeal and that they would hold Christ as their most precious treasure.
- Pray for the hearts of those in Ecuador who know the story of Jesus but still believe they must earn their salvation by their works. Pray that their eyes will be opened to The Gospel and that through the preached word of Christ they will trust in Jesus as their sole and sufficient means of salvation.
- Pray for the Venezuelan migrants in Ecuador. Pray that they would find a new home, that they would be met with open arms, and that the local church would open their doors to them. Pray for their hearts to be transformed by the saving grave of The Lord as they are strangers in a strange land.
